Your Role
This is an excellent opportunity to start your career as a Personal Banking Consultant at our Castle Hill Branch, working in a full-time or part-time capacity.
Main Responsibilities
1. Deliver a seamless customer experience by advising on suitable products and services.
2. Represent HSBC as a brand ambassador in our branch, liaising directly with customers.
3. Promote and assist customers with digital banking solutions to meet their needs.
4. Contribute to fulfilling customer needs with a customer-centric approach.
5. Effectively manage customer feedback and enquiries.
6. Participate in ongoing training and development plans.
7. Provide coverage to our Victorian Branches as required.
Requirements
1. A proven track record in customer excellence from banking, sales, hospitality, or retail.
2. The desire to develop financial expertise and grow your career.
3. Ability to understand and provide solutions tailored to individual customer needs.
4. A passion for delivering first-class customer service and making a positive impact.
5. Proven ability to multitask and strong attention to detail.
6. The Higher School Certificate or equivalent certification.
7. Flexibility to travel to other HSBC Branches within Victoria.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates holding Australian or New Zealand PR/Citizenship, or those with unrestricted work rights in Australia with no limitations, will be given preference.
