About the Role
* Operating a forklift to move, store, and present stone slabs for showroom viewings, pickups, and internal relocations.
* Pulling slabs from blocks for appointments, placing them on A-frames, working alongside sales during viewings, and returning slabs afterward.
* Preparing slabs and tiles for dispatch by strapping, wrapping, checking accuracy, assisting with truck loading, and restacking displaced stock.
* Receiving containers and deliveries, unloading slabs with freight partners, checking condition and quantities, and accurately logging stock in Vava.
* Maintaining stock integrity through daily tracking, investigating discrepancies, and participating in regular stocktakes and layout changes.
* Managing the sample room and sample logistics, including organising inventory, preparing and dispatching samples, and coordinating sample cuts with sales.
* Keeping the warehouse, yard, and showroom clean, organised, and safe, including general housekeeping and waste management.
* Providing hands-on support to the wider team by adjusting to daily priorities and assisting wherever extra help is needed to keep operations running smoothly.
About You
