About the role
This is a hands‑on CEO position leading the next phase of global growth and scale.
* Work directly with the Founder on execution and direction
* Scale what’s already working
* Raise capital to accelerate growth
* Lead product commercialization
* Build structure, systems, and team for global expansion
You are responsible for turning early traction into a scalable, repeatable, high‑performance business.
What You’ll Do (The Execution)
Lead the next phase of growth and scale.
* Drive capital raising, ideally with exposure to US markets
* Partner closely with the Founder on execution and direction
* Build structure, systems and accountability across the business
* Turn early traction into repeatable, scalable performance
* Oversee go‑to‑market and user growth at scale
* Represent the business with investors, partners and in market
Who You Are (The DNA)
We are looking for a proven builder who understands what it takes to scale.
* Experience scaling a product, platform or SaaS business
* Strong capital raising experience (US exposure highly regarded)
* Commercially sharp, you understand numbers, not just narrative
* Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, founder‑led environment
* Able to move between strategy and execution easily
* A builder. A doer. Someone who gets things done.
