The Company
Our client is a well known and respected Healthcare provider who are looking for someone to join their team on an initial 3-month contract with the view to permanency. You will be providing on-site support to 1200 users across Australia; therefore you must be okay to work onsite 5 days a week.
The Role
As a Desktop Support Engineer your will demonstrate a personable, flexible, and can-do attitude with the ability to work well under pressure. You will provide exceptional technical support to end users and as well as helping with training for new starters. Above all you have great customer service skills and you are dedicated to providing a professional approach that customers will remember you for.
Your Skills & Experience
1. Excellent understanding of Network Support (routers / switches), and desktop support (Windows 7, 8 and 10).
2. Strong experience with AD and Azure AD.
3. Brilliant working experience with O365 and preferably O365 administration experience.
4. Outstanding people skills.
5. Exceptional communication skills.
About you
You are a "people person" with a genuine passion for helping others. Even better, you know when to skip the tech talk, and can comfortably explain complex IT solutions to customers without an IT background. Combine this with your brilliant technical insights and previous experience working on a helpdesk or IT support, and you are the perfect package our client is looking for.
