$30 - $35 per hour depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing:
* Greeting patients and managing all reception duties
* Handling bookings, surgical lists, and consulting schedules
* Processing billing through Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, and private health
* Coordinating with hospitals, referrers, insurers, and providers
We're Looking For Someone Who:
* Is ready to launch or grow a meaningful career in healthcare
* Brings a proactive, organised, and friendly approach
* Can work independently and juggle multiple tasks
* Has (or is willing to learn) skills in medical billing and Gen2 software
* Loves delivering excellent service and making patients feel at ease
Previous experience in a medical reception role is valued but not essential – we're looking for the right attitude, and we'll support you to succeed.
