We are seeking an experienced Prestart Consultant / Client Liaison to join one of Perth's leading and award-winning luxury custom home builders, as we grow our Design Development department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working closely with clients and playing a key role in delivering high-end, custom-built homes.
This is a full-time, in-office position at our West Perth office, with convenient onsite parking.
About the Role
As our Prestart Consultant / Client Liaison, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire building process, ensuring all documentation, selections, and variations are managed accurately and efficiently.
* Preparing, managing, and reviewing documentation and variations
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients
* Supporting clients with colour and product selections in collaboration with our Interior Designer
* Ensuring a smooth and professional client experience
About You
You are an experienced Prestart Consultant with strong industry knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in a prestart or client administration role within construction
* The ability to read and interpret plans
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills
* Exceptional organisation, time management, and attention to detail
