Salt & Smoke Meat Co is seeking a Qualified Butcher or 3rd/4th Year Apprentice to work across our three Gold Coast locations. If you take pride in your trade and genuinely enjoy serving customers, this is the opportunity for you.

Your Role
* Breaking down beef, lamb, pork & poultry to premium standards
* Producing sausages and value-added lines
* Maintaining exceptional presentation and hygiene standards
* Serving customers with confidence and enthusiasm
* Upselling and educating customers on premium products
* Supporting stock control and reducing waste
* Assisting in training junior team members (for qualified butchers)
We're Looking For
* Qualified Butcher or 3rd/4th Year Apprentice
* 2+ years practical experience preferred
* Strong knife skills and attention to detail
* A positive, team-first attitude
* Confident communicator who enjoys customer interaction
* Flexible availability including weekends
* Ability to work across Coolangatta, Palm Beach & Pacific Fair
* Full Australian working rights
