We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our ANZ business with a range of day-to-day HR activities.
HR Generalist Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join a global HR team and work on projects that support our People & Culture Strategy. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks that encompass the full employee lifecycle from writing contracts, onboarding, Global HRIS database upkeep (HiBob), reporting, culture, engagement, policy review, payroll support, employee relations, and offboarding.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Support the HR team with various day-to-day activities including recruitment, training, and employee engagement.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Australian employment-related legislation.
* Provide guidance and advice to employees on HR-related matters.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and data in the HR system.
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
* A vocational or tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Demonstrated knowledge of Australian employment-related legislation.
