**Fitness & Lifestyle Group (FLG)**is seeking an **IT Project Manager**to lead technology and digital transformation initiatives that enhance member experience, improve operational efficiency, and support FLG's growth across its clubs and support offices. Reporting to the Lead IT Project Manager, the IT Project Manager will drive the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT projects across digital platforms, club technology and enterprise systems, ensuring projects are consistently delivered on time. In this leadership role, you will work with business leaders, club operations, technology teams and external partners to ensure solutions are implemented s IT Project Manager to lead impactful initiatives that enhance member experience, streamline operations, and drive consistent, high-quality delivery.**Key duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):** Translate business requirements into technical delivery plans. Work with external vendors, implementation partners, and technology providers. Demonstrated experience managing multiple technology or digital projects simultaneously of increasing complexity and responsibilityExperience delivering projects involving multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams. Experience working with third-party technology vendors and implementation partners. Experience delivering system implementations, integrations, or digital platform enhancements. Experience working in the health and fitness industry. Experience with digital transformation or technology implementations in service-based industries.
