The team's practice involves litigation, arbitration and other forms of ADR, grappling with issues including variation and extension of time claims, breach of contract, insolvency issues, misleading or deceptive conduct claims and negligence. You will work for a range of contractors, government entities and private sector principals across a range of sectors.
2. Top Tier National Firm looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join them in Melbourne, practising across a range of Construction Disputes matters with some general litigation. The team is experienced in achieving results in litigation and arbitrations that involve complex technical and legal issues in a variety of industry areas, including energy & resources, mining, commercial developments, infrastructure and the defence sector.
3. Highly regarded national mid-tier looking for a Construction Litigation Lawyer to join its thriving team in Melbourne. Your work will predominantly involve back end construction dispute matters with a small portion (10%) advisory work. This role will suit lawyers with either general litigation experience (seeking to pursue a career in the construction space) or prior construction litigation experience.
4. Leading Melbourne Mid-Tier looking for a Lawyer to join its Construction & Infrastructure team working on back end and front end matters. You will be immediately exposed to top tier type litigation (and arbitration / expert determination) on major projects involving well-known participants in Australian construction and infrastructure, along with adjudications and judicial reviews under Security of Payment Legislation.
