The Role Overview
In this position, you will play an integral role in optimising our Talent Team's services to our internal stakeholders.

* Engage with your talent management team to develop acquisition, training, attraction and retention strategies that align to good corporate governance.

* Experience in human resource administrative activities.
* Strong organisational skills which demand an attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently, and within a team.
* Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Dexterity in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
* Relevant qualifications and/or experience in HR, business administration, or a related field.
