What will you be doing?
Lead daily branch operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency
Coach, motivate, and develop your team to achieve and exceed sales and service targets
Drive a customer-centric culture aligned with organisational values and engagement programs
Manage scheduling, administrative duties, compliance, and reporting
Represent the branch at community events and actively promote client engagement
Analyse performance data and maintain data integrity in systems
Uphold health and safety standards and participate in risk management
Lead change initiatives and ensure team compliance with legislative and organisational policies
What do you need?
Minimum 5 years' leadership experience in financial services or retail banking
Proven success managing client-facing teams in a sales and service environment
Strong organisational, coaching, and people management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Resilient, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
