Conscious Care Group is expanding, and we're seeking dedicated Mental Health Support Workers to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a boutique NDIS support provider committed to delivering top-tier care for our Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Community Access Support (CAS) participants, all while fostering a supportive and rewarding work environment for our staff.
About the Role:
We're looking for individuals with experience in the mental health sector, especially those with a background in supporting clients with ASD, BPD, DID, PTSD, and Schizophrenia.
Previous experience as an AIN, EN, or RN is also highly valued, as we offer services to High-Intensity Support (HPS) participants.

Shifts Available:
Day shifts: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Evening shifts: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Active and sleepover overnight shifts: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Location Priority:
We have multiple SILs in this region, and preference will be given to Support Workers who are willing to travel.
However, we welcome applicants from all over.
Requirements:
Experience in Mental Health Support
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in mental health support
Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Clearance
Blue Card / Working with Children Clearance
Current First Aid / CPR Certificate
Australian Driver's License
Roadworthy and insured vehicle
