About the role
We are seeking an experienced Solar Roofer to join our team at Vale Electrical Services Pty Ltd in Burleigh Heads, Queensland. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the efficient and safe installation of solar panels on residential and commercial properties.
What you'll be doing
* Assisting with the planning, design, and implementation of solar panel installations
* Conducting site inspections and evaluating roof conditions to determine the optimal panel placement
* Installing solar panels and other electrical components in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations
* Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the installation process
* Ensuring all work is completed within the specified timelines and budget
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
* Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions from clients
What we're looking for
* Minimum 1 years of experience as a Solar Roofer or similar role in the solar energy industry or similar trade
* Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment required for solar panel installation
* Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
* Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
