About Us

Creating Recent Pathways (CNP) is an award-winning specialist allied health organisation pioneering innovative clinical responses in the employment services sector.

Our flagship SAMMs (Self-Awareness, Motivation & Management) model bridges the gap between health, psychosocial and employment systems to create meaningful change for people facing most complex barriers.

What We Do

SAMMs Complex Needs Clinicians provide intensive, structured interventions for participants experiencing:

- Addiction
- Psychiatric conditions and neurodiversity
- Housing instability & homelessness
- Family Violence and trauma histories
- Criminal justice system involvement

Using evidence-based Neuro-Informed interventions and our Risk Need Capacity model, our clinicians help participants stabilise, build capacity, and move toward independence.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking Expressions of Interest from passionate, experienced mental health professionals (Social Workers, Psychologists, Mental Health Nurses, Counsellors etc.) who have:

- Minimum 3 years clinical experience
- Graduate Qualifications in Social Work, Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Psychology or similar fields of study
- Full registration with AHPRA, AASW, or relevant professional association
- Expertise with complex psychosocial presentations
- Strong skills in functional assessment, risk formulation & safety planning
- Commitment to multidisciplinary collaboration and advocacy
- Compassion, flexibility, and drive to support underrepresented populations
