There has never been a more exciting time to join our team as we set out to redefine the retail landscape in Australia.Your contributionsThe D365 F&O Developer is responsible for reviewing, designing, developing and configuring features within D365 based on clearly specified business requirements and test cases. This includes completion of technical and implementation documentation, as well as inputs to architecture documentation updates.The D365 F&O Developer will also participate in code review, quality measurements and regular project assessments to drive continual improvement for the business unit.The role works closely with Project, Business analyst and Testing peers, under the direction of the IT Development Manager who provides direction on deployments and release management.Contribute to quality reviews and continual improvement processes for development, including peer code reviewCommunicate progress, challenges and outcomes with clarity and support overall inputs to project delivery plansSupport business testing and validation as required to ensure complex solutions meet all requirementsFollow quality processes for coding, deployment and release management, as well as ensuring up to date documentation and design assetsContribute to ongoing review and improvement of internal/external development and deployment processesWhat We’re Looking For:At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 development and integration.Relevant Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience to substitute the formal qualification.Expertise in CRM customization, including workflows, plugins, and dashboards.Proven experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party applications and reporting platforms.Knowledge of customer-facing authentication mechanisms within Dynamics 365 and related applications.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Optional: Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or related fields are a plus.Application of specialist D365 Fin Ops skills to design, code, test and deploy features into the D365 environmentExperience customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations using X++Technical knowledge and skills related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fin Ops including: Application architecture, Application objects (AOT), APIs and Frameworks, Workflows, Services, SQL Server T-SQLUnderstanding of Azure DevOps – Code merging, create and execute Build Pipelines, package creation.Understanding of Lifecycle Services (LCS) – manage releases and environmentsWhy Join Us:Be part of a forward-thinking Business teams with a strong track record of innovation in shaping the future of digital customer experiences.Work on exciting, impactful projects that make a real difference.Enjoy a supportive, innovative work environment that values your contributions.How to Apply:Ready to elevate your career and make a real difference?
