Asset Finance Coach
We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Finance Coach to enhance productivity, customer retention, and asset finance volume.
* The ideal candidate will possess strong coaching abilities, deep industry knowledge of asset finance, excellent relationship-building skills, and effective communication and training skills.
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to collaborate with our team and contribute to the growth of our residential broker businesses in asset finance lending.
1. Conduct coaching sessions with students in the Asset Finance Academy to provide guidance on how to maximize their business potential.
2. Deliver training on new features to relevant networks and small group sessions to ensure engagement and information sharing among brokers.
3. Maintain strong relationships with lender partners supporting the asset finance programs to ensure alignment and ongoing support.
4. Host monthly check-in calls with Asset Finance Academy students to monitor progress and offer constructive feedback.
