We are seeking an experienced Legal Receptionist to support a small legal team on a short‐term, two‐week temporary assignment with an immediate start.
This role will suit someone confident stepping into a professional legal environment and providing front‐of‐house support while assisting with general legal and corporate administration.
Key responsibilities:
* Meeting and greeting clients and visitors professionally
* Answering and directing incoming calls
* Calendar management and meeting coordination
* Managing mail, couriers and office supplies
* Scanning, e‐filing and general document management
* Opening matters and assisting with basic legal administration
* General administrative and ad‐hoc support to legal staff
* Ensuring reception and meeting areas are presentable
About you:
* Previous experience in legal or corporate administration/reception
* Confident multitasker able to work autonomously in a small team
* Strong communication and client service skills
* High attention to detail and confidentiality
* Well‐presented, organised and reliable
* Intermediate MS Office skills
