Job Description
This role involves supporting individuals with a disability to undertake activities as per their plan. The successful candidate will ensure all participant support, compliance and documentation requirements are met.
* Supporting daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation and mobility assistance for individuals with a disability.
* Providing administrative support including completing progress notes, updating communication books and timesheets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist people with a disability in maintaining independence by facilitating daily living activities.
2. Administer accurate records of service delivery and maintain confidentiality at all times.
3. Ensure services are delivered in accordance with policy and procedures established by the allocated SIL Provider.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and participate in collaborative team environments.
* Knowledge of policies and procedures relevant to the disability sector is essential.
