Description
Job Description-
1. Process customer orders and small projects through the ERP system (SAP Business ByDesign), including B2B orders
2. Prepare customer quotes, sales orders, order acknowledgements, and maintain accurate order data
3. Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Finance, Purchasing, Suppliers, and Logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery
4. Manage order changes, backorders, credits, returns (RMAs), and replacements with high visibility for customers
5. Maintain delivery schedules, key milestones, and provide regular order status updates
6. Release orders for delivery, generate picking slips, and provide proof of delivery when required
7. Schedule service jobs and support technical staff (office and remote)
8. Purchase parts, manage stock levels, and provide product advice to customers
9. Escalate supplier, delivery, or quality issues as required
10. Assist with general office administration tasks
11. Ensure all Quality Assurance and company processes are followed
Continuous Improvement-
12. Support process improvements across ordering and fulfilment
13. Use non-conformance processes to resolve quality or performance issues
14. Build knowledge across ERP systems, products, and internal processes
15. Work with customers to improve ordering efficiency and forecasting visibility
Skills And Experiences
Essential-
16. Tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline
17. Experience in order processing, sales administration, or customer service
18. Strong ERP experience in an order-processing environment
19. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
20. A genuine customer-first mindset
Desirable-
21. Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel ) skills
22. Salesforce or similar CRM experience.
