Quest St Kilda Road is a 4½-star apartment hotel, which opened in February 2019 in the business precinct of St Kilda Road, Melbourne, between Toorak Road and Commercial Road. This amazing property has 104 Studio, 1-bedroom and 2-Bedroom apartments; guest lounge, gymnasium and is only 3km from Melbourne City. The property attracts a primarily corporate customer base.
Full Time Guest Services Agent to join its team – working an average of 38 hours per week, based on a 7‑day rotating 3‑week roster. A mix of weekday & weekend shifts and availability for all shift times is essential, work on Public Holidays is also required. Shifts are AM (6:45am‑3:15pm), PM (3pm‑11:30pm), or late‑Mid (2pm‑10:30pm). Reception opening hours are 7am‑11:30pm, with a night manager on‑site after‑hours.

* Ensuring all departments are ready and prepared for the next day
* RMS experience highly preferred
Ideal Candidate
Reliability and flexibility are essential for this role. Candidate to demonstrate a passion for customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests, excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, experience with front office booking systems, a keen eye for detail, high standards of personal presentation, and a highly team‑oriented ethos.
The successful applicant must be available to work weekends and be comfortable with shift work. The applicant must have entitlements to work in Australia, plus have a current Police Check. Previous customer service experience, hospitality graduates or students and of course previous industry experience will be highly regarded.
