As the Project Coordinator, you will support the successful delivery of projects across all phases of the project lifecycle. Working closely with Project Managers, site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors, you will assist with planning, coordination, and administration to ensure projects run efficiently. You will play a key role in maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, supporting financial administration, and helping ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards. This role offers a clear pathway into project management, with the opportunity to step into a Project Manager position as you develop and demonstrate capability. The successful candidate must have Australian experience in this area of expertise Key Responsibilites: Support day-to-day coordination of construction projects from start to finish Assist with contracts, scheduling, and tracking project progress Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep work moving Help manage procurement, RFQs, and subcontract packages Monitor project costs, variations, and assist with reporting Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with project requirements Attend meetings and provide general project support where needed About you: Experience in a Project Coordinator, CA, or similar support role Background in construction, ideally within plumbing or landscape projects Strong organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks Confident communicator who can work with different stakeholders Detail-focused and proactive in your approach Holds (or willing to obtain) White Card and WWCC Full working rights and a current driver's licence
