Job Description
Our Support Workers are responsible for supporting NDIS participants through the various activities and employment opportunities they engage in, while assisting them to achieve their nominated goals. You will be working with are-able team members to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships while promoting ability and a 'can do' attitude. As a Social Enterprises employee, you will feel valued and supported within our caring and inclusive workplace.

Desired Skills and Experience
Ideally a Support Worker will have previous work experience in a similar role, with the ability to work with people of all abilities and a dynamic and energetic personality that fits within our supportive, team-driven culture. High level interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with strong administration and time management skills. In addition, you will be able to exercise initiative and creativity in achieving desired outcomes.
