Lead Audiology Specialist
This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role in our audiology services, managing day-to-day operations and driving business growth. As a successful candidate, you will have the autonomy to develop and implement strategies to enhance clinical standards and patient care.
Key Responsibilities
* Business Development: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
* Clinical Leadership: Maintain high-quality clinical standards and best practices in audiology care.
* Staff Management: Manage the store's staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
What We Offer
* Salary and Benefits: A guaranteed salary ranging between $100,000 - $110,000 plus superannuation, paid fortnightly. Additional benefits include annual profit share, two free pairs of glasses per year, and five weeks' annual leave.

Requirements
* Qualifications: Hold or be eligible to hold a qualified practitioner number as a full member of the appropriate professional body (Audiology Australia or The Hearing Aid Audiometrist Society of Australia or The Australian College of Audiology).
* Experience: At least two years' clinical experience post-qualifying.
* Interpersonal Skills: High level of interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships.
* Leadership Ability: Ability to lead and work collaboratively to achieve desired business outcomes.
