About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated administration officer to provide comprehensive support across our services. This position delivers high-quality administrative, reception, clerical, computer and customer liaison functions to support all users of Hamilton House Allied Health Centre and Frances Hewitt Community Centre. The role requires a courteous, efficient, and effective approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong initiative and forward-thinking abilities. The administration officer must be capable of performing a range of complex tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements
- Must have or obtain a National Criminal Police Check. Depending on the role, a Working with Children Check Clearance, Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme check, and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check may also be required.
- All employees must comply with WDHS vaccination requirements.
