Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee shift operations and ensure smooth workflow at our production facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a dedicated team to deliver high-quality products and meet customer demand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and motivate team members to optimize efficiency.
2. Supervise daily activities on the factory floor and monitor production schedules.
3. Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to coordinate export of product.
4. Operate machinery and equipment including loaders, forklifts and processing machinery.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, physical fitness and flexibility to work shift hours and weekends. Experience in loader and/or forklift operation, mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities are essential.
