Job Overview
A leading professional is required to support our on-site supervisor in managing small teams during large-scale silo projects. This hands-on role requires practical experience in construction, mechanical assembly or rural/agricultural builds.
Main Responsibilities:
* Directly manage a crew of up to 5 team members.
* Safely and efficiently assemble large silos in remote/regional locations.
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of project documentation.
* Work on a 3-weeks-on / 1-week-off roster.
* Enjoy paid travel accommodation and daily meal allowances.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in construction, mechanical assembly or rural/agricultural builds.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Able to work safely and efficiently in remote/regional locations.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
