About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Community Care Worker to join our team on a part-time basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct practical assistance in clients' homes, focusing on maintaining and improving their quality of life.
* Perform general housework and cleaning tasks
* Prepare meals and snacks
* Provide personal care services, including grooming and hygiene support
* Facilitate social contacts and emotional well-being
* Monitor clients' health and report any concerns
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in providing personal care, domestic, and household activities for ageing, disabled or mentally ill individuals.
* Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged) or equivalent qualification
* Possess current First Aid Level 2 and CPR certification
* Be willing to undergo national police checks, medical assessments, and functional evaluations
* Hold a valid driver's license, comprehensive insurance, and access to a reliable registered motor vehicle
* Be physically capable of performing household duties
* Have availability of at least three weekdays
