Automation Solution Developer
We are seeking a skilled Automation Solution Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
You will analyze business operations and identify opportunities for automation, with a primary focus on developing the Beyond Bank chatbot. You will also work within Genesys platform and other contact center platforms, preparing a roadmap of development opportunities and conducting and documenting automation processes and test cases.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to understand requirements and ensure successful implementation. Staying up-to-date with the latest automation trends, tools, and technologies is also crucial in this role.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (desirable)
* Knowledge of AI and machine learning (essential)
* Understanding of automation principles (essential)
* Comprehension of basic computer coding (desirable)
* Proficiency in Customer Experience platforms, including telephony and chatbot development tools e.g. Genesys or similar systems
* Knowledge of software design principles, testing methodologies, and best practices
* Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail and ability to document processes
* Experience with Agile methodologies (desirable)
* Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure) (desirable)
* Understanding of database concepts and SQL (desirable)
