About this role:
* We are seeking a Senior Payroll Officer / Lead to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a small payroll team in delivering accurate and timely end-to-end payroll processing.
Key responsibilities include driving process improvements and system enhancements, supporting payroll change management initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to deliver education and outstanding customer service, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation policies procedures. Contribute audits reporting workforce projects that enhance payroll efficiency.

* Must have strong experience in payroll preferably exposure coaching or mentoring others excellent interpersonal problem-solving skills advanced knowledge of Chris 21 looked favourably but not prerequisite ability interpret implement Enterprise Agreements proactive mindset passion continuous improvement.
