Everyday Bread is popular and innovative artisan bakery located just outside of Fremantle.

All our full time staff enjoy a flexible 9 day fortnight with shifts starting no earlier than 5am.
We are currently hiring a head baker to work and manage the production of our bread division of the bakery.
We make a mix of naturally leavened breads and those made with bakers yeast. We have a strong focus on pushing fermentation, using high percentages of wholegrain flour with high hydration and the potential for milling our own wholegrains.
Each baker is expected to work every section eg oven, mixing & bench on a rotating roster
To be considered for the position we are looking for someone who possesses the following
* Experience or strong desire to manage a team
* Technical and intuitive understanding of artisan bread production
* The ability to train others and communicate with other section heads
* Creative flair
* Stock management and ordering
* Rostering
* Substantial experience working as a baker in reputable establishments.
