Key Responsibilities:
* Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with patients, referrers, and teammates.
* Provide Diagnostic Services: Respond quickly and accurately to meet the needs of our patients, providing excellent customer service and support.
* Prioritize Workload: Effectively manage a busy workload, working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Safety Framework: Contribute to identifying and implementing safety initiatives to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
* Training and Development: Provide feedback to support training and development needs within the team.
* Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with colleagues to identify and drive growth initiatives for the clinic.
Selection Criteria:
* Tertiary Qualifications: Hold appropriate tertiary qualifications in Medical Imaging.
* Registration and Insurance: Maintain current registration with ASAR and annual liability insurance through the ASA or equivalent provider.
* Attitude and Skills: Demonstrate a value-driven attitude and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
