North Kincumber Physiotherapy & Coast Vestibular and Concussion Clinic are looking for a Part-Time musculoskeletal physiotherapist who is as passionate about clinical results & life as we are.

About you
We have a part-time physiotherapist's role with flexible hours available ideally with a start date anytime from now. We encourage a work-life balance and are looking at 15 hours/week - 25 hours/week. If you want more hours, this can be accommodated.
We are looking for a physiotherapist who:
1. Lives on or is willing to relocate to the Central Coast.
2. Is passionate about private practice and is strongly committed to excellence in private practice.
3. Values working with a high performing team of physios and wants to harness the learning opportunities that comes with this.
4. Is a true team player who enjoys being in a busy, stimulating yet fun clinic environment.
5. Has strong manual therapy skills along with great exercise prescription abilities.
6. Ideally has a special area of interest within private practice - we currently have physios with special expertise in vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, sports physiotherapy, shoulders, spinal issues and chronic conditions.
The position suits a musculoskeletal physiotherapist and/or a vestibular physiotherapist with great time management skills and outstanding communication.
You can work independently and mentor younger physiotherapists if required. This role does not suit a new graduate.
The role
1. The hours required for this role are entirely negotiable - 15 hours a week or up to 25 hours/week, if you want those hours. You can work towards more hours if that’s your goal.
2. You will treat a mix of private musculoskeletal patients (85-90% private, 10-15% WC or DVA) and we will assist you in building a niche caseload to suit a special area of interest.
3. Appointment lengths are generous and customised to what is being assessed and treated with each patient.
4. We will consider applicants with any level of experience, but this role would fit ideally someone with a minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in musculoskeletal private practice physio. Your level of experience will determine your salary package.
Annual salary will range from a generous base rate of $65/hr pro rata including your base salary plus all bonuses and entitlements (based on experience and qualifications).
Your salary package includes a bonus/commission structure which allows you to take home an extra $2,000-$15,000 per year in performance-based bonuses, based on 15 hours/week.
You will have access to a PD budget, internal formal and informal clinic mentoring and in-services.
We have a highly skilled admin team to assist you at all levels of your role, especially with client retention.
