Our client is growing their IT support team across Australia and is seeking a Help Desk Officer who is passionate about customer service and achieving positive outcomes for their customers.
In this role you will provide level one IT support for users delivering technical troubleshooting for all aspects of computer hardware and software.
**Skills/Competencies**
- Skilled and motivated customer service
- Document ICT processes or user support outcomesr
- Sound working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Ability to identify network issues and pinpoint area of issue especially in regards to user operations
- Applicants must be Australian Citizen
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Client support and helpdesk management
- Documentation of procedures, processes, helpdesk, testing and system configuration
- Provide timely responses to all IT enquiries or concerns
This is an exciting entry level position for an Helpdesk/Service Desk professional with 1-2 years helpdesk experience.
