Corporate Lawyer Role
This role involves providing corporate and commercial legal advice to the business. The successful candidate will have a strong background in law, with experience in areas such as head office advisory, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, general commercial contracting.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of PQE in corporate law and excellent stakeholder management skills. They will be comfortable working across multiple priorities and delivering results within tight timeframes.
