Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Adelaide, SA. The Restaurant Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and efficient service. Responsibilities include managing and motivating staff, hiring and training team members, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining quality standards for food and beverages, and implementing effective operational strategies to meet business goals. The role also involves handling customer feedback with professionalism and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
