We are looking for a Content Creator to help us shoot on site with our clients and produce content for fitness and wellness businesses (such as Gyms, Fitness Studios etc). This is a great role for someone who thrives on variety and likes to travel from client to client and shoot great footage.

2+ years of social media experience (Bonus if it's within fitness, wellness, or agency environments).

Job Objectives (purpose)
* The Content Shooter is primarily responsible for going on site to our clients and shooting the social media video and image content.
* Your target is to make sure that the content you shoot is directly following any requirements outlined in a video shoot runsheet (which makes the content shot always in line with the client's needs).
* When shooting, you'll be making sure that the client always feels comfortable in shooting and saying whatever you need them to say.
* You'll shoot following the best practices for content shooting that the company abides by (of which will be taught to you).
* Beyond shooting, you'll be making sure that all content produced is organised and uploaded following our internal systems, so that the back end team can easily use the footage shot by you.
Job responsibilities
On-site Video Shooting
* Coordinate with our internal team on shoot dates and runsheet details
* Coordinate with clients and confirming shoots
* Travel and shoot video footage on-site on client's location - whilst wearing a COM uniform
* Able to travel across the state and occasionally staying overnight in hotels before a shoot if required for early morning shoots.
* Shoot following pre-planned video shooting run sheets
* Direct the video subjects (aka the clients) and making sure that they're following any script/instructions needed, and making sure they feel comfortable in the process
* Passing on any client feedback (concerns, requests etc) from the client to our own back end team
Organisation & Upload of Shot Footage
* Organise all footage shot following correct file naming and folder conventions
* Upload footage online into our Dropbox and into the right folders following our right folder structure.
Camera Gear & Equipment
* [IF CONTRACTOR WITH GEAR] You will need your own camera gear and equipment available (+ Lapelle Mic)
* [IF INTERNAL WITHOUT GEAR] You will be provided with camera gear and equipment (Cameras, SD cards, camera bags, Lapelle Mics etc) that you can use for on site shoots
* You will be responsible for keeping the camera gear in good condition
* Any damage gear may require you to replace it.
* You are responsible for making sure that your recording gear is fully charged before every shoot and that you have sufficient battery and SD card memory space to record all required footage.
(If required) Creating Runsheets
* Creating runsheets for videography shooting and finalising the runsheets with clients via online calls
Performance & Expectations

* Time Management: Able to attend shoots on time and upload footage on time.
* Travel Flexibility: Willing to travel to locations, and stay in hotels overnight if needed for early morning shoots. Willing to wake up early to shoot early morning client footage or stay late to shoot late night client classes.
* Quality & Accuracy: All deliverables meet agreed standards and deadlines.
* Collaboration: Maintain clear communication between clients, content teams, and other internal departments. Attend meetings as required.
