Apex Radiology provides comprehensive Radiology and Tele-radiology services to private medical facilities, public hospitals, WACHS (Western Australia Country Health Service) and also operates a series of stand-alone medical imaging practices across Western Australia.
Apex Radiology is seeking a Finance Officer to support the radiology administration teams across the South West of WA.
The position is a full-time permanent role based in Mandurah, with immediate start if available.
**Key Responsibilities**
- YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE
Being a natural problem solver to assist troubleshoot billing queries for all the business as a main point of support including maintaining financial, accounting, and administrative support services to meet business requirements and standards. Your role is to not only maintain the financial systems and procedures of the business but to add value by implementing improvements that reduce non-billings and optimise profitability.

TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE
- A minimum of 2 year's previous experience in an account's role either AP or AR
- Possess a high level of numeracy and demonstrated skills with MS Excel.
- Have a basic understanding of Debits and Credits and accounts processes.
- Have a strong work ethic and have an analytical mindset.
- Be a natural problem solver to assist troubleshoot billing queries for all the business as a main point of support.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in your abilities.
- You will have a commitment to data accuracy and timeliness and have a high degree of personal integrity, credibility, discretion and be comfortable in a team environment with high expectations.
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Experience in the Health Industry and MBS knowledge would be an asset.
