About the Role
The Winery Maintenance Manager position encompasses a variety of activities that provide essential maintenance support to the winemaking and cellar operations, ensuring that all equipment and machinery are reliable and safe to operate. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and safety within the winery.

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance.
* Oversee plant installations and contractor coordination.
* Manage consumables stock control and maintenance schedules.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* You may work extended hours during vintage.
* Administration and recording of maintenance schedules, compliance with Company policies, processes and procedures will also be required.
What We're Looking For
* Strong mechanical knowledge and work ethic.
* Attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised.
* Winery experience is preferred.
* Welding skills, forklift licence, or confined space training a plus.
