Our Client Fulfilment team is an integral part of Macquarie's Commodities and Global Markets division, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to a diverse global client base. From trading commodities and engaging in fixed income and currencies to futures and asset finance, the team ensures every client benefits from seamless onboarding, account management, and ongoing support. Our Client Fulfilment team plays a vital role in building and maintaining trusted client relationships while collaborating with compliance, risk management, and other specialist teams to ensure our processes are robust, efficient, and always client focused.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract. This role will require 4 days per week in our office location.

What role will you play?
You will report directly to the Product Lead for Client Onboarding, who owns the strategic vision of our client onboarding platform. As a Product Analyst within the Client Fulfilment team, you will be at the forefront of designing, building, and delivering a scalable, innovative, and client‐centric onboarding platform that supports our growth across multiple lines of business and global markets. You will work closely with the Product Lead to leverage the latest technology, manage competing priorities, and unlock business value. Collaboration will be key as you engage with stakeholders across CGM business divisions, Technology, Financial Crime Risk, Client Services, and external vendors to deliver a best‐in‐class onboarding solution.
What You Offer
* 5+ years of product and/or business analyst experience in client onboarding, client lifecycle management, or related fields
* Skilled in translating complex policy requirements into clear business and functional requirements and controls
* Drive the delivery of the requirements through to their end‐to‐end implementation through design, delivery and change adoption
* Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders, understand their needs, and influence decision‐making
* Collaborative and team‐oriented approach, while also being able to work independently to design and deliver solutions
* Results‐driven attitude, with a focus on delivering outcomes and achieving business goals
