Recruitment & Administration Assistant
to support the onboarding, coordination, and management of electrical contractors who help deliver our solar and battery installation projects across Australia.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing clean-energy business and play a key role in ensuring smooth delivery of customer installations.
About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing electrical contractors to support our solar and battery installation workflow. You will also assist with a range of general office and administrative tasks to ensure efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with licensed electrical contractors.
Coordinate contractor schedules and availability for solar and battery installation jobs.
Ensure all contractor compliance documents, licences, and insurances are up to date.
Liaise with internal teams to allocate jobs and track project progress.
Assist with processing job documentation, data entry, and general administration.
Provide office support including answering calls, managing emails, and updating systems.
Contribute to improving internal processes and contractor communication.
About You
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in recruitment, contractor coordination, or administration (preferred but not essential).
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Confident using computers and common office software (CRM experience a bonus).
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
