Job Title: Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing business strategies with distributors to grow overall sales and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage annual planning process with distributor.
• Drive discipline and collaboration with the distributor for example manages the monthly cadence of distributor collaboration meetings.
• Develops and is responsible for the territory commercial plan.
• Facilitates the implementation of new product launches and promotional programs through the direction of all internal resources, including the distributor's personnel.
• Where applicable, takes an active role in coaching the distributor personnel and evaluating their competency in support of products and services.
Distributor Collaboration:
We welcome a proactive approach to building strong relationships with our distributors. This includes driving discipline and collaboration through regular meetings and ensuring alignment on key initiatives.
Territory Account Focus/Development:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing annual success plans with recognized system integrators within a territory.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years selling experience in the industry.
• Proven track record dealing with senior internal/external management.
• Experience in Channel Management and Distribution is advantageous.
Achievement of Allocated Sales Target:
The successful candidate will achieve allocated sales targets in products, services, and solutions, growing existing accounts and acquiring new ones.
Growth of System Integrators/Solution Partners:
This role will involve growing the number of System Integrators/Solution Partners in the territory, contributing to increased customer share.
