We are looking for a retail leader to oversee the daily operations of our stores.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have experience working in retail management and be able to deliver excellent customer service. They will collaborate closely with optometrists to drive sales and provide coaching to store team members.
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* 1-2 years of experience as an assistant store manager or higher retail management position.
* Experience working with budgets and scheduling staff in compliance with local labour laws.
* Availability to work peak trading hours, preferably Tuesday to Saturday.
* Optical industry experience is highly desirable but not essential.
