The Opportunity

Our client is a long-established, Australian-owned windows and doors manufacturer with 50+ years in the NSW market, servicing Tier 2 and Tier 3 builders across medium-density and light commercial projects with consistent tender flow.

They are seeking a commercially credible operator who understands margin, program risk and stakeholder dynamics, not a transactional rep.

This is a genuine Sydney and greater NSW ownership senior sales function with influence and autonomy.

The Role
You will take responsibility for a defined NSW territory within our clients commercial windows and doors division.

Your focus will include:
Converting active tenders into secured contracts
Building multi-level relationships across builder organisations
Engaging estimators, contract administrators, project managers and directors
Negotiating outcomes while protecting commercial integrity
Managing forecasting and pipeline with structure and discipline
Working closely with estimating and operations to ensure delivery alignment

This is not about chasing quotes, tt is about embedding the business within builder networks to generate repeat, predictable work.

About You
You are a seasoned commercial sales professional who understands the construction cycle and is comfortable operating across multiple stakeholder groups.

You will likely bring:
Significant B2B field sales experience within construction or building products
Exposure to windows & doors, aluminium systems, façade, cladding, roofing, structural or comparable commercial solutions
Demonstrated success converting tenders while maintaining margin discipline
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project risk
Experience building trusted relationships within builder organisations
A structured, accountable approach to territory management

You are commercially mature, confident in builder environments and comfortable operating independently while remaining performance focused.
