This role involves providing administrative support and reception services for a dynamic team.

* Managing incoming telephone enquiries and ensuring timely responses to messages.
* Coordinating bookings and rescheduling for NDIS services as required.
* Assigning new referrals to clinicians based on experience, location and skill set.
* Organizing interpreter / AUSLAN services when necessary.
* Ensuring the site presents a positive image through cleanliness and event preparation.
* Completing regular site audits as requested.
* Responding to voicemail requests in a timely manner.
* Reviewing and forwarding faxes as needed.
* Maintaining accurate electronic records for existing clients.
* Providing administrative assistance with reporting tasks as required.
* Performing additional administration duties as assigned.
