The Company
BCI Minerals Limited (ASX:BCI) is an Australian owned mineral resources company with salt and potash as its initial focus. A future Tier One project, Mardie has been designed to produce 5.35Mtpa of high-purity salt and 140ktpa of Sulphate of Potash (SOP).
Using an inexhaustible seawater resource and 99% of the energy required produced by natural solar and wind energy, our Mardie project is a multi-generational sustainable opportunity that will supply the growing chemical, renewable energy, and agricultural industries with Salt and Sulphate of Potash for generations to come.

The Role
As a Production Planner, you'll support the production and planning teams in developing, monitoring, and improving key operational processes. Working closely with experienced engineers, Production Supervisors and Production Superintendents, you'll gain exposure to:
* Process design and optimisation within the salt and potash industry.
* Production scheduling and coordination to align with daily and weekly operational goals.
* Data analysis and reporting, helping to track production performance and identify process improvements.
* Collaboration across site operations, including logistics, maintenance, and quality control.
This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how large-scale process operations are designed, managed, and continuously improved.
About You:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and interested graduate with only a few years of post-graduate experience ready to continue to shape their professional journey
You will bring:
* A degree in Chemical, Process, or related Engineering discipline.
* A strong interest in process optimisation, production systems, or resource projects.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis tools.
* A willingness to learn and a collaborative mindset - you enjoy teamwork and take pride in achieving shared goals.
Previous work experience or exposure to the mining industry through internships or university projects will be highly regarded.
The successful candidate will be required to provide a national police clearance that is not older than 3 months. You must have current unrestricted working rights for Australia to be eligible for consideration.
