We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Car Care Sales Consultant to join an already established team on the Gold Coast .
What The Role Entails
* Connecting with customers and welcoming them to the dealership, supporting inquiries, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while highlighting the value of protecting their new vehicle
* Generating income for the Dealership from the sale of aftermarket products, paint protection, and associated products
* Maximising every sales opportunity through collaboration with the team and focusing on balancing customer experience and profit goals
* Providing relevant sales forecast data to maintain an adequate stock of aftermarket products
* Maintaining a professional presentation of the reception and customer lounge areas
What We Are Looking For
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver a genuine and personalised customer experience. You understand people and know how to connect
* A dedicated approach to your career with a healthy work-life balance. The role involves a 5-day week including Saturdays and a rotating weekly RDO
* Strong interpersonal skills to support collaboration across the group, working with peers to promote Frizelle Sunshine as a dealer of choice and ensuring a first-class customer journey
* A desire to learn and grow in car care sales, with sales experience highly regarded
* Proficiency with PC and admin tasks, using various platforms and systems daily
* A valid driver's license is essential
