Store-person: Factory Based (North Plympton)
Working hours
* Monday to Thursday: 06:00 am to 2:30 pm
* Friday: 06:00 am to 12:00 noon
The Role
This is a hands-on role responsible for the efficient management of our warehouse and materials to support our Windows division. You will play a key role in ensuring stock accuracy, timely dispatch and smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Receiving and checking incoming materials and hardware
* Loading and unloading deliveries
* Stock control and inventory management
* Receipt of daily pressing orders and communication to supplier of any issues
* Pressing quality checks, wrapping and allocation of them to bays
* Prepare daily angle and pressing schedule for dispatch
* Complete daily picking lists and record all return to factory jobs
* Accurately record all stock issued from the warehouse
* Accurately order, transfer and store stock, and report stock level issues
About You
* Previous experience in a store-person role (manufacturing experience highly regarded)
* Forklift licence (essential)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, punctual and team oriented
* Proficient in use of Microsoft applications eg: excel & outlook
