Our Federal Government client is seeking an Assistant Director that will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality analysis and policy development that informs decisions by senior executives and Ministers. This is a leadership position where your expertise will influence outcomes that matter.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and quality‑assure ministerial briefs, cabinet submissions, and governance documentation, delivering clarity and risk‑based framing.
* Engage and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including regulators, central agencies, and other jurisdictions.
* Contribute to major planning and budget processes, developing proposals that support organisational priorities.
* Direct and coach staff, fostering professional excellence, cultural safety, and an inclusive team environment while managing resourcing and capability development.
