With an exciting pipeline of premium projects ready to commence, we are seeking a motivated and design-focused Graduate of Architecture to join our collaborative team and contribute to the delivery of high‐end architectural outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Graduate of Architecture to work closely alongside our Lead Architect & Interior Architect across a range of luxury residential projects. The role is heavily focused on architectural documentation & detailing, while also providing exposure to all stages of the design and construction process. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects from concept through to construction completion, working closely with our in‐house construction team, consultants, and clients.

• Assist the Lead Architect across all phases of project delivery
• Prepare detailed architectural documentation and construction drawings
• Support the development of design concepts and presentations tailored to client briefs
• Coordinate drawings, specifications, and consultant information
• Liaise with consultants, suppliers, builders, and local authorities
• Ensure documentation aligns with project timelines, budgets, and design intent
• Assist with DA submissions, construction detailing, and project administration
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail throughout all project stages
• Contribute to Thomasz's commitment to excellence in design, construction, and client service

You are a motivated and detail‐oriented Graduate of Architecture who is eager to grow professionally within a fast‐paced design‐and‐build environment. You are passionate about high‐quality architecture and enjoy both the creative and technical aspects of project delivery.

• Degree qualification in Architecture
• Minimum of 3 years of industry experience preferred
• Strong interest in luxury residential architecture
• Excellent documentation and technical detailing skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp & ArchiCAD
• Understanding of Australian construction methods, NCC/BCA requirements, and local planning regulations
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
